James Prendamano is the CEO for Casandra Properties, Staten Island’s premier real estate firm. In 2019, James received two appointments from Staten Island Borough President James Oddo and NYC Mayor Bill DeBlasio to serve as a director on the NYC IDA board and to serve as a member on the Build NYC board.
