Industry giants such as Goldman Sachs, BFC Partners, IronState Developers and Madison Realty Capital have come to rely on James’ expertise. Throughout the years James has developed an impressive customer roster including some of the world’s top brands such as Nike, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Gap, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Walgreens, and Various financial institutions to name a few Recently, James launched his Podcast amassing an audience in over 60 Countries sharing his knowledge and expertise and coauthored an Amazon best seller!
James has been named one of the 50 most influential people by “City and State” for several years running. As CEO the company was named one of New York City’s top 10 boutique real estate firms by the “Commercial Observer” and won the “Top 31 Business Award” by the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation. Recently James was named one of the top 100 leaders in Real Estate and Construction as well as one of the top 100 innovators in Real Estate, in part due to his groundbreaking new Real Estate Software which is slated to be offered to the marketplace in the coming months.

James’ success in the Real Estate Space has resulted in several appointments by the Mayor of New York City and he currently serves as a Director of the New York City Industrial Development Agency (NYCIDA) as well as a Member of the Build NYC Resource Corporation (Build NYC) for The New York City Economic Corporation. James has built a culture of service and philanthropy. He created the “Season of Giving” donating to various charities throughout the years. Additionally, James serves on the board of Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, as a cabinet member for the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and various Real Estate Associations. He also serves on the board of directors for CFLC (Central Family Life Center). Recently James launched PreReal, Prendamano Real Estate a state-of-the-art new age Real Estate Brokerage, Technology company, Investment fund and one of a kind Real Estate Institute.

South Shore Commons - Listed and sold for a record $41m. Subsequently have been hired as the projects exclusive leasing agent and consultant. In the past year, I have successfully negotiated nearly a dozen extensions and six new leases bringing the center to almost 100% occupancy.
